Ecomotive Solutions (Holdim Group) and Isotta Fraschini Motori (Fincantieri Group) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), launching a strategic partnership to develop innovative engines powered by biofuels and green hydrogen.

The partnership aims to create advanced technological solutions in the field of internal combustion engines, leveraging Ecomotive Solutions’ expertise in renewable fuel technologies and Isotta Fraschini’s long-standing experience in high-quality engine manufacturing. Together, the two companies intend to play a key role in the transition towards Net Zero by developing flexible engines capable of operating with various sustainable energy carriers.
